Additional Icing for Cookie Kits

All Pre-order options will close on Saturday December 15 for pickup on the 21st

(1) I accept LOCAL ORDERS ONLY.  If you cannot pickup from our Allen Texas Address, then I am afraid this is not the shop for you.  Due to Texas Cottage Law we cannot legally ship.  Sincere Apologies.  Please contact me with any questions.

(2) Please be aware that your Health and Safety is my TOP priority. If at any time from the point of the order being placed to the time of pickup it becomes evident that proceeding with orders could present a health risk to you or your family I reserve the right to cancel at my discretion and refund your money in full. In this event I would of course reach out to each client individually to notify them of the change.  If you have any questions about this policy please contact me privately and I'm happy to explain my reasons. 

(3) If for any reason you decide at your discretion to cancel your custom order you may do so. Holiday Preorders may be cancelled only up to 3 days after they are placed or until online orders close, whichever occurs first. However you MUST provide notice a minimum of 7 days (1 week) prior to your scheduled pickup date. Notification must be acknowledged as received in writing to make sure that there is no error in transmission of communication. Please note that during busy holiday or event seasons (such as national holidays and graduation season) will require additional response time as we attempt to juggle order fulfillment with administration tasks. Failure to make sure notification has been received and confirmed by Oh Jupiters Bakery will cause you to be responsible for either part or all of your total order fee depending on what stage your order is in.  All deposits or ONLINE PAYMENTS for holiday orders are considered final payments and will not be refunded as they are used in advance to purchase materials necessary for order fulfillment and those costs cannot be recouped. If there are less than 7 days remaining prior to your pickup date  please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. We understand life can be challenging at times and we will always do our best to work with you to return as much of your final payment as possible. 

(4) For pre-orders, please know that we are providing pickup windows in our attempt to serve you best and manage traffic flow and convenience for our clients.  We will do our best to accommodate needed changes in pickup times and dates as we are able and switch you to other available pickup windows. For all orders (custom and pre-orders) alternate pickup arrangements may be made by contacting us directly and must be confirmed either verbally or in writing. Failure to pick up your order without alternate arrangements being made more than 48 hours after your pickup was scheduled will result in forfeit of your order without refund. We will arrange to donate them locally to ACO, a local Firehouse, or a police station at that time.  Thank you for your understanding.
